PRACTICA L’ANGLÈS

Joan Miró

“I try to apply colors like words that shape poems, like notes that shape music”

What would our lives be like without colours? Better not to think about it. Colours are so common in our world that, often, we hardly notice them. Sometimes, though, there are artists capable of making us see what is right in front of our noses as if for the first time. Today’s historical figure created works of art that look like a festival of colours, bright colours that seem to play or dance as if they were alive. I am talking about someone you surely know: the painter Joan Miró.
